3Flute Square Nose End Mill HRC55 for Aluminum
1. Strong and Durable: Milling cutter is made of tungsten carbide material, it is high-wearable and has a long life; 3 flutes 45° helix angle design,great for smooth cutting and fast chip-removal, gives outstanding cutting performance and wear resistance.
2.DLC Coating: Hardness similar to that of CVD diamond coating achieved wiht high adhesion strength. The hardness of the coating can reach 4800HV, and it has strong wear resistance.
3.Features: The triple relief angle design has a wide blade and high strength. It removes chips more smoothly, increases the stability of the tool, not easy to vibrate, and avoids burrs generated during processing.
4.Processable materials: ordinary aluminum alloy, aerospace aluminum alloy 601, etc. 6 series aluminum, 7 series aluminum plastic copper parts, etc. It is most suitable for roughing, semi-finishing and finishing.
